Payment

Billing: All billing is done using a credit card that is stored on file unless other agreements are made in advance. Customers give permission to River Bins AZ LLC to charge their card according to their plan.
All payments are due on the day of service. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, we required the next two cleanings to be paid upfront.

Service

Our service includes curbside cleaning of your residential trash bins. We will clean the inside and outside of your trash bins and deodorize them. Our equipment captures the dirty water during cleaning, and we properly dispose of gray water off site. All cleanings are scheduled on your trash day unless you are notified otherwise.

Refund Policy

We do NOT offer refunds on services already completed.

Cancellation

If a service is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service, there will be no charge. However, if cancellation is requested on the day of service or after our truck has been to the job site, a cancellation fee of $10 will be charged to your payment method.

Revisit Fee

If we arrive at your home on the scheduled day and your trash cans are not accessible to us (curbside or in front of the gate), we will reschedule your cleaning at our convenience and a revisit charge of $10 will be applied to your invoice.

Legalities

We will not accept responsibility for damaged trash cans. Those issues need to be taken to the trash service provider of the can. Our service is merely to clean the trash cans.

We offer tiered services for customers depending on their needs and/or how often they would like to have their trash cans cleaned. If you sign up for a recurring Monthly or Quarterly service to pay the lower price and cancel after the first cleaning Will result in $20 service fee. Monthly customers can cancel free of charge after 3 months of cleanings. Quarterly customers can cancel free of charge after 3 cleanings.

We reserve the right to change these terms of service at our discretion.
